Parent Resources

Parent Resources

We want every family to feel informed and supported. Below are some of the resources we share with current and prospective parents at the Rosa Elena Childcare Center.

Forms & Documents

  • Parent Handbook (available at the front desk)
  • Enrollment application — see Enroll
  • Annual school calendar
  • State of California immunization requirements
  • Emergency contact & pick-up authorization forms

Child Development Reading

Our teachers draw from a rich tradition of early childhood education. Families looking for at-home reading often start with:

  • NAEYC (National Association for the Education of Young Children) parent resources
  • Zero to Three early development library
  • California Department of Education foundations for preschool learning

Intergenerational Program

Our preschool shares a campus with the Alzheimer's Activity Center, and children join supervised visits with our adult clients each week. To learn more about how this enriches their development, please ask your child's teacher or call the front desk.
