We are seeking an experienced professional with minimum two years experience working with clients who have Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia as well as experience in personnel and program management. The Program Administrator is responsible for complying with Agency policies and procedures and supports the philosophy of care. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the department including compliance with Licensing, HR/personnel matters, overseeing client intake/discharge activity, communication with families, service providers, and all stakeholders. An integral part of this position requires networking, marketing, community outreach, grant research for new sources of funding, grant writing and reporting, and the ability to develop work plans and performance measures. A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in gerontology, social work, or related field is required. Proficient with computers, MS Word and Excel; knowledge of PowerPoint helpful. Self-starter; ability to work both collaboratively and independently; excellent written and oral communication and problem solving skills.
